Therapeutic Songwriting and Frequency Healing

DESCRIPTION:

1 month, 4 weekly group classes

Heart Song is a 4-week course where we will explore the subconscious thoughts and beliefs that shape our moods and behaviours using songwriting techniques, and chakra coordinating healing frequencies and melodic tones. This course aims to bring awareness to our toxic emotions and release them in a creative, affirmative musical expression.

START DATE:

Barz, group classes will start on Friday, July 3th at 6 pm and continue every Friday at the same time for 4 sessions.

Classes in Aug and Sep will start on Friday, Aug 7th & Sept, 4th at 6 pm and continue with the same weekly schedule as the July classes
